Kim Kardashian has just revealed that sister Khloe Kardashian shoplifted a pair of Dior sunglasses when they were teenagers.
The drama apparently went down on one of the Kardashian-Jenner family holidays in Hawaii. While doing a bit of window shopping, it suddenly occurred to Khloe that nobody would notice if she grabbed the product and walked out the door with it.
In an interview with Bustle to promote her new sunglasses line, the 38-year-old set the scene: “We were in Hawaii and there was this Christian Dior store and no one [was working] there.
“Like, it was in the wild…just an empty store. Khloé really wanted the Dior sunglasses, so she took them and we walked out. These sunglasses were everything. I still have them to this day and they were so much fun. So cute.”
As for how they managed to get away with stealing a high-priced item, Kim explained that security was lax in the store: “That was so funny. We were like, ‘This is wild.’ I think the [employee] must have gone to the bathroom or been in the back by herself on a Sunday.”
This comes after Khloe cracked a joke at Kim’s expense on a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians after saying that the entire family owe their billionaire success to her and Ray J’s sex tape.
When Kris Jenner handed over an MTV Movie & TV Awards trophy, Khloe pretended to give an emotional acceptance speech: “This is all so much pressure. [I would like to thank] My lord and savior. Kimberly, for f*****g on camera.”
